As a photographer of interiors and gardens, it always seemed a natural progression to begin photographing hotels; for the last fifteen years I have been photographing some of the best in the world, especially in the UK but also through Europe. I love the mix of rooms, exteriors, food, people and places, and the challenge of moving around a busy hotel, trying not to get in the way, whilst photographing sometimes huge and impressive dining rooms, terraces with world class views or small but perfectly formed bedrooms is one that I relish. I can shoot food too, on location, and working with a top class chef is a buzz that I love.
